In order to improve access to your doctor, clinic has adopted an online booking system.
The doctors' schedules will only be available up to two weeks in advance for now.
You may also call or email us to make an appointment.
Although an appointment is made, wait times may vary.
Terms of Service
By using the online booking system, you agree to the following conditions:
You should generally book with your regular doctor.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance or you may be charged for no-show.
You authorize us to contact you via phone, email, or text for appointment reminder.
The clinic may cancel or change the date and time of your appointment. If changes are made, the clinic will contact you by phone or email.
